Littler is Hiring a Technical Support & Administrative Specialist (Kansas City) Near Kansas, MO

Reporting to the Knowledge Management Manager, the Technical Support & Administrative Specialist is accountable for uploading all content across a variety of KM portfolio products in a timely and accurate manner.
This position is resident in Kansas City, MO and will work a Hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and testing of automated templates and applications following provided guidelines.
  • Responsible for evaluating requests from internal and external clients, making site and user changes as needed and transitioning requests to the appropriate team as indicated by department guidelines or established protocol.
  • Responsible for creation of new client site instances within time and quality standards at the direction of management.
  • Ensures capture of all client support issues, usage statistic and elevation of client functionality requests to management.
  • Assist with development of design documents for KM products using logic-based software including programs used to develop automated documents and risk analysis assessments.
  • Perform other/additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of website content administration or related experience. Experience with Neota Logic a plus
  • Experience in managing content online and within content management systems.
  • Able to quickly become proficient with site administrator functions for enterprise collaboration software applications and content management systems (e.g., Drupal, SharePoint, WordPress).
  • Able to load documents into knowledge management systems.
  • Create automated documents using Contract Express or other document assembly technologies.
  • Develop questionnaires and templates using logic-based systems and workflow tools.
  • Able to multi-task and meet stated deadlines with consistent attention to detail in content and task completion.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Foundational and good working knowledge of databases.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
