- Responsible for answering phones in the school office, responding to inquiries, assisting in the daily operation of the attendance office, managing the student parking permit program, monitoring school security and alarms, and distributing keys and soda machine refunds.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the student parking permit program including selling student parking permits; entering fees on the student information database; and maintaining current database of cars, license plates, and permit numbers.
- Assist in the daily operation of the attendance office including calling parents, issuing student passes, and checking students in/out of class.
- Maintain contact with campus security personnel in order to monitor potential dangerous/harmful situations (e.g., strangers in the building, etc.).
- Distribute soda machine refunds due to lost money in defective machines.
- Distribute elevator keys and collect deposit money for the keys.
- Type database announcements, send to print shop in a timely manner, and distribute to all staff.
- Monitor fire alarm panel and provide first response to fire alarms and other alarms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Personal computer and keyboarding skills; advanced computer hardware and software skills; operating knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and Google.

- Knowledge of operating, installing, supporting and maintaining PCs and associated application software preferred at hire.

Littleton High School is an International Baccalaureate World School where all students in grades 8-10 are enrolled in IB Middle Years Program courses. Students in grades 11-12 opt in to the IB Diploma Program. LHS also offers several AP classes, as well as a STEM Certificate, and Early High School, a unique full-day program for eighth graders on the LHS campus. EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Over 1 year and up to and including 2 years of general office experience, including switchboard operation. Experience in a school setting preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $18.41 per hour benefits.
Hours are 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. (M-F)
WORK YEAR: 180 contract days.
