Littleton High School is an International Baccalaureate World School where all students in grades 8-10 are enrolled in IB Middle Years Program courses. Students in grades 11-12 opt in to the IB Diploma Program. LHS also offers a full complement of AP classes, as well as a STEM Certificate, and Early High School, a unique full-day program for eighth graders on the LHS campus. LHS also hosts the district English Language Development programming for high school students.

The Registrar is an integral member of our Counseling Office team that works together to support all of our students. Experience with Infinite Campus and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities and tasks of the Registrar include:

maintaining student cumulative files and database, including transferring to district;
answering phones/emails and responding to inquiries;
assisting students and parents;
processing records for new and withdrawing students;
preparing and sending transcripts;
generating student lists related to academic lettering, honor roll, graduation, and honors;
serving as Campus Coach (Infinite Campus)

This position is full-time starting the 2024-2025 school year
8hrs a day

Starting Salary $21.98
