JOB GOAL: The Career Pathways Assistant position presents an opportunity to join a growing field within education. With a focus on facilitating and developing opportunities for students with industry partners via internships, work-based learning, job shadows, apprenticeships, and mentoring, the Career Pathways Assistant will be responsible for coordinating efforts of many individuals, assuring that work-based learning experiences help Hugh J Gallen students develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and work habits necessary to succeed in this realm.QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Valid NH Teaching Certificate or Statement of Eligibility2.Minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.3.Previous experience with networking and relationship building.4.Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite and spreadsheets.5.Excellent communication skills.6.Comfortable presenting to large and small groups in-person as well as virtually.
