LITTMAN FAMILY LAW & MEDIATION SERVICES is a boutique law firm located in Uptown Denver. We are seeking an associate attorney to join our award-winning practice who is a strong litigator but prioritizes alternative dispute resolution approaches. We are proud to offer our clients a wide variety of family law services, including litigation, mediation, arbitration, collaborative law, decision making and unbundled representation. We seek thoughtful clients who are open to creatively resolving their family law problems without causing extensive emotional damage to themselves or their children. While we focus our practice on out of court resolutions, when litigation is necessary we are strong and experienced advocates for our clients. If you have not had the opportunity to develop these skills but embrace our philosophy we will assist you in gaining these skills through education and mentoring.
An energetic, open-minded and self-motivated Colorado licensed associate attorney with Family Law or related experience who espouses these values is our ideal candidate. However, we will also consider attorneys from other practice areas who are committed to building a family law practice. Our practice model is in-office with occasional remote work opportunities. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with clients in a cohesive team atmosphere and be dedicated to successfully guiding each client through one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Giving back to the community is highly valued. Current active associations with nonprofit community based and Metro Denver legal organizations is appreciated but not necessary.
We operate in a businesslike yet casual atmosphere where we work hard but also have fun. A good sense of humor is essential at this firm. Since we employ a Canine Legal Assistant, an appreciation of having a dog in the workplace is imperative.
