Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring that they have a positive experience. You will also provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Pay Range$17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Visitors:
    • Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the front desk.
    • Ensure a positive first impression and provide assistance as needed.
  • Answer and Direct Calls:
    • Manage a multi-line telephone system, answer calls promptly, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage Front Desk Area:
    • Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, organized, and presentable.
    • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
    • Notify relevant parties of scheduled appointments.
  • Visitor Registration:
    • Register visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
    • Communicate visitor arrivals to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide Information:
    • Offer information about the organization, its products, and services to visitors.
    • Assist with general inquiries and provide basic information to callers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
