WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• The Production Assistant will support the Production Manager in advancing technical and hospitality details for shows / events.
• Provide overall day of show support to the Production Manager, Back of House team and to the Touring Personnel.
• Manage the day of show parking list and show credentials.
• Help to manage stage, sound, and lighting crews when needed.
• Maintain a detailed and thorough filing system of "show" files on the shared drive.
• WORKDAY / ABI / TMSS Management and payroll processing for Production Labor.
• Create labor estimates.
• Manage onsite Runners and additional PAs on a show by show basis.
• Maintain and track petty cash.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Flexible Schedule (days / nights, weekends, and holidays).
• High School Diploma.
• Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).

Preferred :

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a live environment operation.
• ABI / TMSS / Workday experience.
• Experience in Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking.
• Cash handling experience.

Physical Demands / Working Environment :

• Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Moderate to loud level of noise in work environment.

The expected compensation for this position is :

$23.20 USD - $29.00 USD Hourly
