We are currently seeking an energetic, hardworking, detail oriented candidate to provide a welcoming, professional, & courteous environment for our patients. The right candidate must be able to work well in a fast paced team environment & provide exceptional levels of patient care. Preference will be given to candidates with previous medical office experience.

The ideal candidate for this position is a "team player" with a strong customer service background and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Checking patients in/out for their scheduled appointment.
• Review/Verification of demographic, insurance, workers compensation, no fault, & disability information.
• Use of computers is required
• Perform other clerical tasks such as collecting payments, processing referrals, scanning and routing, medical records and other tasks as directed.
• We're looking for someone who loves patient service and can make a great first impression on our patients. This part-time and full time position may require you to work Saturday mornings 830am-noon

Requirements:

• Requires a HS diploma.
• At least one year of administrative experience preferred.
• Medical / hospital administrative experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to maintain a friendly, calm demeanor even during busy periods.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
