About The RoleLively is looking for a Fraud Operations Analyst to help scale the security of Lively’s platform. In this role, you will help develop prevention and detection strategies as they relate to our account holders and funds flowing through our systems. You will develop fraud programs and work with our product and engineering teams to implement those programs. You will bring a broad technical background in fraud management, and enhance our existing programs to help Lively continue to be the leader in our space.
Responsibilities
The base salary range listed for this position is inclusive of all U.S. States and Washington D.C. Actual pay will depend on the candidate’s location and experience.
$60,000—$85,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve fraud programs to mitigate fraudulent activity.
- Develop operational treatment strategies, workflows, and procedures.
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams as we build new features to maintain the security of our systems.
- Work cross-functionally with our Member Support team and other teams to triage incoming requests.
- Proactively monitor transaction activity in real-time to look for fraud patterns and activity.
- Assist with requests from internal and external auditors.
- Respond in real-time to fraud attacks as they happen using both internal and external tools.
- 4 years of experience working in fraud operations.
- The ability to recognize patterns and build decision making trees from those patterns.
- Knowledge of SQL and other data manipulation tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Splunk.
- Critical thinker with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Motivated, disciplined, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to triage requests from various teams in a timely fashion.
