The Vice President, Sales at LiveOak Fiber is a key executive leadership role responsible for driving sales growth. This position's primary purpose is to develop and execute sales strategies and lead sales teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Define sales objectives, territories, and quotas in alignment with company goals.
Lead and manage the sales team, including sales directors and managers, as well as account executives and sales representatives.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to empower the sales team to achieve their targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Sales Performance Monitoring and Analysis
Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline and take rates.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Use market intelligence to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Sales Process Optimization
Evaluate and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and standards to drive sales productivity and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.

- Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams and driving results.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems.
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies- Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Knowledge of fiber optic technology and related services.
- Certification in sales management or leadership (e.g., CSMP, CPLP).
