Responsibilities
- Post accounts payable invoices with accuracy to the correct expense accounts
- verify purchase orders and post invoices into system accordingly
- prepare accounts payable checks per net terms and reconcile statements
- Record and maintain all 1099 information when setting up new vendors for payment
- Process 1099 year end forms and reports
- Research and answer vendor inquiries
Qualifications
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with other co-workers and management team
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership
- Attention to detail when processing paperwork
- Experience with Excel
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- Valid driver's license
