We are looking to add a part-time and full-time receptionist to our amazing team! We are a multi-doctor, small animal and exotic veterinary practice seeking talented individuals with client service experience. Responsibilities include handling multiple phone lines, coordinating check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, prescription requests and facilitating client needs.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in a fast paced environment and a passion for exceeding client expectations. We are here to serve our clients and patients Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 8:00 pm. Availability for closing shifts is required.
A minimum of one year of experience in the veterinary or medical office field and experience in a client service environment is preferred. Comprehensive benefits package available.
