ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Paid Media Manager supports the internal management team in the development, execution, and optimization of media campaigns and third-party marketing. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth coordination of media activities, maintaining partner relationships, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of paid media campaigns according to internal objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of creative assets and campaign materials.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for agency inquiries, ad networks, requests, and updates.
  • Provide proactive support in addressing internal and external program needs, troubleshooting issues, and communicating campaign performance metrics and updates.
  • Assist in the development of paid and third-party media recommendations and strategies under the guidance of the Head of Demand Generation.
  • Conduct research on media channels, potential advertising partners, and industry trends to inform recommendations and optimizations.
  • Generate reports including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain CRM integrations with various ad networks to ensure that data is accurately transferring between the systems,
  • Compile data from various sources, analyze trends, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide administrative support to the internal leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records of deliverables, communications and campaign activities.
  • Own external agency partner relationships and end-to-end deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of experience in media planning, advertising and/or buying.
  • 2-3 years of in-platform experience in Google Ads
  • 2-3 years of in-platform experience in Meta Ads
  • 2-3 years of experience using Google Analytics
  • Meta and/or Google Ads Certified
  • Hands-on experience in Google data studio, Tableau, Lookr, or similar platforms
  • 1-2 Years of HubSpot experience
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar ticketing and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with agency partners, team members, and leadership teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance in campaign execution and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including sheets and slides.
