The Residence at Arrowood is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to assist in the general maintenance of the facility and equipment.

Full Time Schedule - 37.5 hours/week

Hours: 9am-5pm 

Duties include:

- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment

- Maintain/repair mechanical and electrical equipment (washers, dryers)

- Setup and adjust TVs

- Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits

- Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers’ packings, and drain lines

- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment

-General Painting

- Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience is required; healthcare experience is highly desirable
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
