Southwestern Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Pittsburgh, PA is seeking to a part-time Front Desk Receptionist. The typical schedule is working every other weekend, some evenings and some holidays.

Job Duties

·Direct telephone calls to the proper extension.

·Provide excellence in customer service when answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel

·Page designated person when the need requires.

·Receive and channel all messages in a responsible manner.

·Greet visitors and vendors

·Alert Office Supervisor if problems arise.

·Send drivers to pick up residents from doctor appointments.

·Perform other duties as assigned by Office Supervisor, as needed.

Qualifications & Key Characteristics

• Previous receptionist experience highly preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Possess a warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
• Possess effective communication skills
• Always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to assisting our residents, visitors, out-side vendors and team members
