Job Summary:
Plans, organizes and implements sales/marketing programs.
Secures and maintains new and existing clients to expand our customer base in the commercial
market.
Manages or oversees management of client/customer accounts.
Generates client proposals, presentations and engineering documents.
Works with Livewire’s Design & Engineering department to update client proposals, presentations
and design documents.
Meets with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions and
provide follow-up instruction and technical assistance for all aspects of Livewire’s product and
service offerings.
Inspections as needed of all work in progress after rough-in and trim-out for quality control
purposes.
Maintains working knowledge of all relevant developments in the field that are applicable to
Livewire.
Uses all available resources (Referrals, Leads, Cold Calls, Networking, etc.) and maintains an
on-going prospecting activity and system to identify and contact new prospects for expanding the
prospect base within the assigned territory.
Joins and/or maintains membership in 1 trade associations.
Utilizes and updates the Livewire contact relationship management (CRM) tools.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by utilizing available training resources.
Completes and submits weekly progress reports of contacts made, work progress status, mileage
reimbursement, etc. as required.
Minimum Job Requirements:
B or higher credit score
Must reside within 50 mile radius of Richmond, VA
Compensation is based on salary plus commission and/or bonus
Salary and commission commensurate with experience

Requires excellent communication and facilitation skills
Self-motivated, task driven
Excellent problem solving skills
Good client management and goodwill/relationship building ability
Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
Capacity to handle pressure
Strong focus on quality
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to obtain DCJS License
All other duties as assigned
