Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Compensation:

$113,000 commission potential

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Relationships - this is a relationship business and we thrive on our past client relationships. You must be willing to nurture your sphere and past clients using effective approaches.
Qualifications:
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Self-motivation and drive
