Living Faith Home Health Care (LFHHC) is looking for Pediatric Nurses (RN/LPN) in Hudson, Ohio! New Grads are welcome to apply!

Scheduling:

• Monday through Friday – Day Shift (Shifts are typically 8's, 10's or 12's. This will depend on nurse and family availability)

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License that is active and in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing

Pediatric experience is not required – WE WILL TRAIN!

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Educating the family on proper care for the child and management of chronic conditions
• Nutritional status assessment
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Assessing and monitoring the child’s vital signs and overall health status
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Keeping accurate and detailed medical records
• Wound care education and support
• Assisting with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Caring for children with vents, trachs, and feeding tubes as needed
