Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration, vehicle inspection and vehicle registration
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
- Ability to make well reasoned decisions, both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and carry out multiple tasks
- Must possess good verbal, reading and written communications in English
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Outlook (calendar and email systems), Word, Excel, and comfortable using phone, fax, and other standard office equipment
