Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal at Livingston Law Firm located in Walnut Creek, CA with some remote options available after training. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with attorneys and other legal professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
- Experience in drafting pleadings and motions
- Familiarity with e-filing systems
