LJB Engineering is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Engagement Strategist to lead our outbound marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, increasing social media engagement, and boosting overall brand exposure in the market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, with a focus on achieving measurable results

Pay: $55,000 – 100,000

MARKETING ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIST MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy that aligns with LJB’s brand objectives and growth goals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Budget Management: Manage the outbound marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.

Campaign Execution & Content Development:

  • Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility through targeted marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand storytelling.
  • SEO & SEM: Collaborate with SEO/SEM specialists to optimize content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.

Performance Measurement & Collaboration:

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, impressions, and other relevant KPIs. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging, audience engagement, and growth across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal support marketing team, sales department, and other department leaders to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned.

MARKETING ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on outbound marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
