LL Flooring is Hiring a Warehouse & Sales Associate Near Spokane, WA
Opportunity:The Retail Sales/Warehouse Associate at LL Flooring is responsible for supporting the store manager and the assistant managers with daily sales, store operations, and general care of the store and warehouse. This early career opportunity focuses on assisting the team to achieve or exceed the stores’ sales goals, and all general warehouse duties.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive and respectful store culture where associates adhere to the highest standards of customer service.Focus on driving sales by embracing all elements of the Company sales processes, and support of complementary businesses (i.e. Credit, Delivery, Pro Sales and Installations).Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and understanding of operating processes.Update notes in the SAP system (pick-up, follow-up, comments, issues, etc.)Achieve personal and overall store sale goals and profitability goals as well as operational metrics.Assisting with the upkeep of the showroom and warehouseOperates forklift in a safe manner for material handling (training provided)Stacks pallets of product in an organized and safe mannerTracks all inventory – shipped and received merchandiseComplies with OSHA requirementsLoads merchandise in customer vehicles and/or on Company delivery truck accuratelyHelps maintain a clean, neat, and well organized warehouse as well as other areas of the storeAdheres to all warehouse product banding requirements, safety standards, policiesProtects company facilities, assets, merchandise and equipment from loss and/or damageAccurate and timely receiving of merchandise shipmentsPreparation of outbound shipments and deliveriesProactive selling including outbound sales calls to customers and pros.
