We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, be a certified CPA, and possess at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or cost accounting. This role is critical in overseeing our accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

• Manage the cost accounting function, ensuring accurate product costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring timely and accurate audit processes.

• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring the company’s financial practices remain compliant.

• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or cost accounting.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial statement preparation.

• Expert in accounting software Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
