Lloyd Morgan China is Hiring a Brand Marketing Head - North America Near Los Angeles, CA

Location: LA or TX

Job Overview: We are seeking a pioneering DTC Brand Marketing Head to spearhead our brand's international expansion in North America, with a focus on the direct-to-consumer market. As a key leader, you will drive our brand's presence and adapt our strategies to resonate with the local culture and consumer behaviors. This role will be based in either Los Angeles or Texas and will report directly to our headquarters in Shenzhen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with our DTC approach in North America, ensuring cultural relevance and consumer appeal.

2. Market and Consumer Insights: Deepen understanding of the North American fitness equipment user base, providing actionable insights to our product and R&D teams to enhance business capabilities.

3. Cultural Integration: Lead a diverse team and foster an inclusive environment that overcomes cultural differences and leverages diverse perspectives.

4. Service Satisfaction: Focus on the consumer home fitness equipment segment, ensuring exceptional post-purchase support, including coordinating with our North American customer service team and local community power users for product setup and after-sales service.

5. Offline Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to increase brand exposure and drive traffic, including event management, agency partnerships, material and data collection, and effective PR.

6. Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing team, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support our brand's growth and market objectives.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, R&D, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively supported and integrated.

Requirements:

1. Education & Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong preference for candidates with international study or work experience, particularly in North America.

2. Industry Experience: Over 10 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a director-level role, and proven experience in the consumer electronics or home fitness equipment industry.

3. Cultural Sensitivity: A deep understanding of North American, specifically American, culture and consumer behavior, with the ability to adapt strategies to local markets.

4. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and empower teams, with experience leading in a multicultural environment.

5. Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

6. Marketing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of brand marketing, including market and user research methodologies, and a track record of creative and strategic marketing campaigns.
