Location:This role requires working onsite or hybrid at our headquarters in Brea, California.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sophisticated growth strategies centered on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
- Embrace data-driven decision-making to dissect performance data, establish KPIs, and evaluate the efficacy of campaigns and strategies. Adjust approaches as necessary and present results to senior management.
- Oversee the conception, deployment, and refinement of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, among others.
- Craft and direct SEO and SEM strategies to bolster organic and paid search visibility.
- Synergize with cross-functional teams spanning product development, marketing, operations, and customer support to forge integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless brand alignment across all consumer touchpoints.
- Implement omni-channel marketing strategies to ensure a seamless and uniform customer journey.
- Conduct project management and coordination, guaranteeing on-time delivery and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and technological innovations to keep growth strategies relevant and potent.
- Champion innovation and experimentation in marketing tactics to maintain a competitive edge and maximize ROI.
- Construct and supervise a high-performing growth team, offering mentorship, guidance, and performance assessments.
- Cultivate a robust team culture through effective leadership and team-building practices.
- Integrate brand methodology and experience into growth strategies, with a preference for operations and brand management experience to enhance business process comprehension and contribute to company growth.
- Forge and sustain relationships with key business partners, orchestrate contract negotiations, manage budgets, and supervise the delivery of products or services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to conceive and implement B2B marketing initiatives that spur revenue growth.
- Develop and execute D2C marketing initiatives designed to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing or growth, with a preference for candidates with experience in high AOV, long consideration industries.
- A proven track record of devising and executing successful growth strategies, propelling sales, and driving customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical abilities with a history of data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and engaging a diverse array of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, adept at handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated team building and leadership experience, with a focus on fostering collaboration and motivating team members.
