Lloyd Staffing is Hiring an Accounting Manager Near New York, NY
Lloyd Staffing is currently partnered with a growing IT Managed Service Provider based in Manhattan that is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate has 5 years working for an IT Managed Service Provider (“MSP”) with a well-rounded accounting/finance background and will oversee all aspects of financial accounting/reporting, budgeting & forecasting. Experience with QuickBooks & ConnectWise would be considered a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the accounting department – AP, AR, payroll, month/year-end close.
- Managing QuickBooks and ConnectWise software systems
- Financial statement preparations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting, including forecasts, and variance reports to provide insights into financial performance and support business relevant decision making.
- Manage a team of offshore resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- 5 years working for an IT Managed Service Provider (“MSP”) with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role ideally
- QuickBooks & ConnectWise experience preferred
- Strong MS Excel skillset
