LMC is supporting an innovative BAS start-up that revolutionizes Building Management Platforms by integrating institutional expertise with data-driven insights from IoT, big data, and cutting-edge advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
**Please note** ideal candidates will be based in Washington D.C, Boston, Pennsylvania, New York.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure successful project delivery
- Meet scope, schedule, and budget commitments
- Manage change control and resource planning
- Proactively address project risks and issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits, provide technical support, and lead data analysis
- Develop design plans, commissioning, and installation strategies
- Analyze and optimize building automation systems
- Configure and troubleshoot IoT devices
- Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Niagara and N4 certification preferred
- Must have experience programming and Integrating with BACnet, modbus and Niagara.
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Analytical thinker with technical proficiency
- Ability to align project delivery with client needs
- Proficient in HVAC systems and building automation
- Organised with proficiency in Microsoft Office
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years in building automation/controls or HVAC installation
- Familiarity with building automation vendors and IT concepts
