- Market Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships
- Direct Sales Activities:
- Conduct direct sales calls and presentations to targeted customer segments within the designated market area
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
- Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends
- Continuous Learning:
- Engage in ongoing product training and stay updated on industry developments to provide expert insights to clients
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven success in Outside Sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Licenses & Screening:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
- Field Work:
- Willingness to spend 90% of time in the field (travel) engaging with clients
- Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in commercial and/or industrial product sales, particularly within the HVAC rental industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities
- Knowledge of the construction contracting and engineering processes is a plus
- Familiarity with sectors such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Commercial Real Estate is desirable
- Skills & Qualities:

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written
