The Customer Service Account Coordinator reports to the Customer Service Manager and is a key member of the LNK team responsible for the overall customer service of specific accounts.

• Minimum Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an equivalent role.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a pharmaceutical company.
• Areas of Responsibility:
  • Respond to inquiries for order status, shipping status and stock availability
  • Communicate with customers and sales reps
  • Processes orders and maintains reports
  • Track orders and inventory
  • Interface with other departments including production, planning, art and accounting to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
• Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills, including ability to present information clearly and concisely are required
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong computer knowledge including Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment

• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for multiple hours.
  • Travel to nearby LNK facilities.
