**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive company growth and brand awareness. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales - Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and e-commerce - Manage the company's website content using WordPress to ensure it is up-to-date and engaging - Create and manage effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers - Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience - Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales efforts - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns - Lead content marketing efforts to create compelling and relevant content for various channels - Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively **Skills:** - Proficiency in SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings - Experience with WordPress for website management and content creation - Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools - Expertise in social media marketing across various platforms - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies - Excellent copywriting skills for creating impactful messaging - Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytical tools for data-driven decision-making - Understanding of sales processes to align marketing strategies effectively - Ability to manage budgets efficiently for maximum ROI - Experience in content marketing to engage audiences effectively
