LNW Gaming, Inc.(KAC) is Hiring a Senior Director, Marketing Near Las Vegas, NV

Gaming: Welcome to the world of land-based gaming. Position Summary The Senior Director, Marketing is responsible for driving annual global marketing ideation and strategy across all customer and player touchpoints for the Light & Wonder product portfolio. This position requires a global perspective on macro consumer trends to drive global strategy and execution; partners with product lines to understand regional trends that can localize these plans and drive growth. The individual will act as the lead for global cross functional partners and business units on strategy, communication, and execution of key initiatives within their scope. This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff, Gaming role and will work directly with both the international and domestic executive sales and product teams to drive the marketing and communication strategy and will oversee all aspects of the marketing ecosystem including launch campaigns, advertising campaigns, public relations, events planning, global tradeshow management, promotions, and content marketing. Essential Job Functions: Develop impactful annual global marketing strategies to drive product sales and placements. Drive global briefs to creative to ensure a singular brand message across touch points. Identify consumer trends and insights as a springboard for creative ideation. Build strong partnerships and relationships with internal cross functional (Corporate Communications, iGaming Marketing, SciPlay Marketing) to create global strategies as needed. Potential to build marketing and media strategy with an external agency. Analyze marketing initiative performance against set objectives and KPIs to draw implications for future programs. Analyze and drive global media performance across all mediums; potential to work with global media agency to drive KPIs and optimize media spend and performance. Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders and acquire an intimate knowledge of organizational strategy. Create, communicate, and execute marketing strategy aligned with and to build company brand. Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines and foster an innovative design approach in a fast-paced, complex environment. Be a strategic-thinker who can translate big-picture marketing vision to implementable operational plans. Connect the dots and understand how all our marketing efforts can work together to build our brand. Ability to leverage analytics and research insights to drive tangible, and measurable results. Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in a strategic marketing position. Experience in global brand marketing, gaming experience preferred. Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions. Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, and follow-up skills. Strong creative & analytical skills, ability to evaluate multi-source data and draw global trends. Ability to build effective partnerships, mentor junior team members across the organization. Strong organizational skills, timely delivery of projects. Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines. Strong computer skills (Google docs, Microsoft Office Suite) required. Demonstrated experience as a big-picture thinker with the ability to connect strategy across multiple campaigns. Ability to drive an enterprise-level approach to strategic marketing required. Strong experience with content marketing and bringing a brand to life through strategic, multi-channel storytelling required. Education: Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in marketing-related field preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Technical knowledge or skills to demonstrate ability to implement integrated marketing campaigns which meet or exceed stated measurable goals required Gaming product knowledge with experience and fundamental understanding of Casino Gaming products Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with an ability to share SG Product and Corporate Vision with internal and external customers Ability to lead cross-functional marketing team Physical Requirements: Office environment Work Conditions: Must work in the Las Vegas office with the ability to travel.
