Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing. Must be fluent in English. Must be experienced in using digital databases for sales and marketing and be familiar with CRM(s) and HUBSPOT is preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be outgoing and have a positive attitude. Experience in the transportation/trucking/trailer industry would be an asset. Must be able to easily reach out to customers and potential clients to develop sales market through telephone and digital platforms. Must be able to read and interpret quotes and translate into orders. Must be fluent in the use of Microsoft Office including email, Word and excel. Must have excellent attendance and punctuality. Job Description:

This role will be a key component of the sales team by providing follow up on all quotes, cold calling of prospects from data base, initiating information gathering about order details and entering orders for products into the Production database. The Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales inquiries through email, phones, general information inquiries and well as cold call marketing approaches using the customer database system. The Coordinator will be following up on all leads and processing them into new orders to improve revenue stream.The Coordinator will manage and update the customer database system, collect details of product requirements for new orders from customers. The Coordinator will develop and recommend marketing strategies and execute strategies to increase incoming sales leads. The Coordinator will be part of the Sales team and assist with quote follow ups and order status updates. The Coordinator will assist with updating the website and liaise as required with the web developer.

Duties:

• Responsible for Order entry of new tarp systems for both Canada and the US
• Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and converts them into sales, collects all details required to prepare a quote and follows up with them after quote is prepared.
• Reaches out to all existing customers for any new business or parts required.
• Responsible for maintaining company's database of customers and prospects in HUBSPOT and maintains Customer purchase and service history, and their branches and contacts
• Create and confirm all order specifications for all new sales orders by contact customers and working with production and engineering to ensure order details and specifications are accurate and complete.
• Follow-up on all sales quotes that were provided to customers and try to close the order and get the sale.
• Follow-up with all customers that have purchased a new system to confirm satisfaction with product and note any areas were product or service could be improved and communicate to sales/engineering.
• Liaise with sales team on monthly sales goals and forecast of prospects for future orders.
• Develop, recommend and implement direct email marketing strategy with targeted audience and products as directed by President
• Other duties as assigned
