Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the ordering of all Collateral files requested on a daily basis.
- Reviews incoming documents; prepares documents for imaging and images files as requested.
- Ensures scanning and filing of all documents in an organized manner.
- Communicates with departments and coordinates scanning and rescanning on unreadable images.
- Performs data entry as necessary to correctly index information.
- Assists other departments as needed on all imaging needs.
- Cross trains to understand and improve efficiencies.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Mortgage experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
