Position Summary:
We are looking for a Product Manager for our CRM platform to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will include gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure the product's success. You will lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, continually refining the product based on user feedback and market trends. Key tasks include creating detailed product roadmaps, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the CRM platform delivers exceptional value to our customers by enhancing user experience and driving business growth. Your role requires a deep understanding of CRM systems, strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee the development of product features, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals while also staying abreast of competitive offerings to maintain a leading edge in the market.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops a roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs
  • Inspire and lead an agile team of designers, engineers, consumer insights, and data science & analytics colleagues to deliver outstanding experiences for users/customers
  • Strategically partner with Business, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams.
  • You will understand and become an expert with markets/business channels, competition, and user requirements in depth
  • Develops strong relationships with other business leaders and tech department heads.
  • Defines and communicates a clear product vision and strategy
  • Launches a new product that integrates with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and technology ecosystem
  • Work closely with engineering and other product counterparts to own delivery and execution of product roadmap, as well as with sales and marketing to drive go-to-market and deliver business goals.
  • Work in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning several teams such as product, design, engineering, marketing, sales and support
  • Participates in Scrum rituals such as sprint planning, daily standup and retrospective.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in Tech Product Management in FinTech or Digital Financial Services
  • Must have a technical understanding of the Marketing and Sales space on relevant CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field preferred
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage with all levels of management
  • Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.
  • Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.
  • Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, efficient environment
  • Experience taking a SaaS, PaaS or FinTech Product from ideation to launch highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of JIRA tools and Agile methodology

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $130,000 and $170,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
