LoanMart is Hiring an Administrative Assistant (Multiple Departments) Near Van Nuys, CA
WHAT WE DO: LoanMart provides fast, professional assistance to financially stressed or credit-challenged segment of borrowers. Our place in the community was built over twenty years, growing from a family-owned single-store front in Van Nuys into the largest auto title lender in California. ABOUT THE POSITION: The administrative assistant performs a mix of administrative and clerical duties related to auto titles, vehicle registration, contracts, and other documents. The position supports the Title Department, Document Control, Quality Control, and Insurance department. Typical daily duties may include:
Scan, files and print documents.
Prepare outgoing mail using a variety of services (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, etc.)
Assist with mail pick up when needed (drives to the local post office, sorts and distributes).
Maintain and organize the title documents room.
Other duties as assigned, such as one-time administrative and clerical projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Must have a vehicle, valid driver license, and valid insurance
Must be organized and be able to keep track of the status of work, relative to handling large quantities of documents and/or packages.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Intermediate PC and MS Office skills
Prior administrative assistant and clerical experience are preferred.
