Job Description

The DealWriter Support Representative serves as a liaison between Lobel Financial branches and partnered dealers. They train and support dealers with resources, answer questions about our finance program(s) via phone, internet and email. The DealWriter Support Representative represents the company in a professional manner. They are time efficient, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize duties, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Basic Responsibilities

• Hours: Monday - Friday; 1:30pm to 7:00pm
• PART TIME Opportunity
• Strong ability to establish and cultivate relationships with dealers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to dealers calling our support line
• Provide enrollment, training and support for our Internet-based software application (training provided)
• Learn and become proficient in our proprietary software application and tools

Skills & Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic computer skills using common internet browsers and email
• Knowledge of motor vehicle finance industry or experience in an automobile dealership preferred
• Experience providing customer support via telephone and through remote desktop support software preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish
• High School graduate
