Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative at Local Boy Outfitters, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Relationships: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their printing and apparel needs.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and track orders in our system, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed orders to ensure they meet our high standards before delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, offering solutions that align with company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our production and design teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any production issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as invoicing, filing, and maintaining customer records.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to the smallest details.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and order processing systems.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a printing or apparel company, is an asset.
