What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Associate position at Local Expert Realty?

Our growing real estate sales and investment firm is looking for All-Star Inside Sales Associates. We are hiring Inside Sales Associates to set high qualified appointments for a fast-paced real estate office. This person is pleasantly persistent in their follow up, genuinely curious in their conversations, and likes make people’s lives easier by being there with a solution to their problems. This will be a key player on our sales team with a desire to provide services that are proven to change lives.

COMPENSATION includes base pay plus performance bonuses. The right candidate would be driven by results and compensated accordingly. Average people make about $50,000 a year with us and Super Stars make $100,000 a year.

We are a leader in the Real Estate industry and we truly aspire to be the turning point in the lives of our clients. Our company buys distressed properties and sells retail properties for our clients. Our goal is to find a solution that works for their particular needs and make it an easy transition in their lives.

We are only looking for candidates experienced in Appointment Setting, Inside Sales and/or Sales Development roles. Experienced Appointment Setters from the Remodeling, Alarm, Automobile, Technology Services, Debt Collection, Vacation Ownership and other industries that involve Cold Calling have tremendous success and exceed previous income opportunities. You’d be calling on warm leads that have inquired about selling their property in the past or recently and are identified as an opportunity.The best candidates for this position have previous experience with high volume outbound calling, customer service & appointment setting.

ISA/SDR's will be contacting potential leads via phone to determine whether they should be entered into the sales funnel for follow up by our Sales Teams. This position will be an integral part of our sales team. The ability to positively impact the lives of the people we serve and collaborate in a group setting with desire to add value not only to clients but fellow team members are core values we are looking for in an individual looking to be a part of our team. Full Time and Flexible Shifts are available! Responsibilities Include:

· Using technology making 100 Outbound Dials a day.

· Use of scripts & rebuttals

· Complete Prospect Profile & Qualifying

· Document all client communication through company CRM

· Script Memorization

· Identify potential sales opportunities for our Sales Teams

· Minimum Qualifications:

· One year of inside sales and/or appointment setting experience

Minimum Requirements

· Great Verbal and Conversational Skills

· Basic Computer Skills

· Real Estate knowledge is a plus but not required

· Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus

· Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented

· Highest level of integrity and respect for others

· Fast Learner, Quick on your feet
