Job Summary:
.Join our team as a Baker and play a crucial role in our culinary operations. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating baked goods while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. You will be responsible for baking the cookies for the day of an event. Pulling the product from the freezer, placing the cookies on a sheet pan, baking them in the oven and then delivering them to each location in the stadium before the game starts.
Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies and brownies.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food production efficiently
