• Perform routine tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing company-issued equipment.
• serves as "Contractor's" Technical POC
• Performs with the direction and oversight of the Company executive all quarterly appraisals for all employees in the recreational and parks department.
• Supervisory responsibilities include directing and managing the employee workforce and assisting in non-recreational activities for instance, serving as company on-call Operations Specialist, etc.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Follow maintenance schedules and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed promptly
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate daily activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations by ensuring all sites are completed as outlined
• Utilize schematics, manuals, and other technical resources to find recreational sites.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning and Porter activities, including potential work orders, repairs, and parts that may be required by the customer
• Create and maintain the Operations and safety manual for outdoor workers
• Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed in our operations
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by addressing requests promptly and efficiently, and with professionalism and courtesy.
• Other duties as warranted to see that operations are not impacted
