Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Contract Manager role at LOCG LLC. The Assistant Contract Manager will be responsible for assisting with contract management activities, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation. They will also assist with contract administration, monitoring compliance, and resolving any contract-related issues. This is a hybrid role, with the main location of work being in Seattle, WA, but some remote work is flexible.

Duties:

• Analyzes contract documents for project implementation and planning.
• Serve as the Contractor Technical Representative on all projects, handling communication with government officials, assisting in onboarding new workers, and reporting requirements.
• Adhering to budgets, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
• Present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
• Draft letters responding to the government, on issues that require immediate action.
• Maintain and establish relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in process.
• Monitor contracts, manage the entire contract lifecycle, and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
• Maintains knowledge of the Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Develop trustful relationships key with stakeholders in estimating, business development, and operations, and create alignment on the Company’s risk management philosophies.
• Manages all pursuit evaluation documentation and Deltek data regarding project reviews and approvals.
• Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is required.
• 2 years’ experience with construction, janitorial, and facilities project contracts preferred.
• Experience with contracts, negotiations, and pursuit management preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written skills are required.
• Strong collaboration and team player attitude.
