Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, collections, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the property.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Supervise and train on-site staff, including maintenance and leasing personnel.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably with a similar-sized property.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in basic property management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
