Sales Representative

Location:  Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Lock & Key a leading provider of liability waiver solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the multifamily sector, with a strong ability to convert prospects into clients. This role requires proficiency in CRM systems, a willingness to travel for events and meetings, and the capability to quickly adapt to and effectively sell a new product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage a database of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress for each prospect.
• Attend and actively participate in networking events to build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Successfully schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients to demonstrate our liability waiver solutions and discuss their needs.
• Assist in managing and enhancing our company's social media presence to increase visibility and engagement within the industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience within the multifamily sector, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Proven history of converting prospects into long-term clients, showcasing effective negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track interactions, and generate reports.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate the features and benefits of new products to potential clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the insurance, legal, or risk management industries is a plus.
