Lockheed Martin is Hiring a Financial Analyst Staff / Lvl 4 / Orlando, FL with Security Clearance Near Orlando, FL

Job Number 668514BR Description:Selected candidate will serve as a team lead of cost management analysts for JASSM development efforts. Will be responsible for the training and coaching of team members, as well as, day-today supervision of analysts, and delegation of assignments. Must be experienced in the day-to-day cost
management responsibilities that include: DFAR
EVMS requirements; establish and monitor program budgets; track, reconcile, and analyze cost; track program funding requirements; risk and opportunity analysis; CSDR (FlexFile) preparation; develop variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required. Will supervise analysts that prepare cost reports,
and prepare and analyze quarterly estimates at complete (EACs). Will assist analysts in the
preparation of quarterly CSR charts. Will be responsible for the preparation and submission of
all DFAR EVMS CDRLs (IPMR, CFSR). Will assist
the program team and management in the monitoring and tracking of program expenditures, highlighting issues/concerns/trends, and ensuring that program financial commitments are met. Will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure performance with company and program processes and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Contract Status Review (CSR)
process; forecasting orders, sales, profit, and
cash flow; risk and opportunity analysis;
negotiating budgets. Strong analytical and
problem solving abilities. Ability to multi-task and
to meet deadlines. Strong communication and
presentation skills. Strong organizational and
interpersonal skills. DFAR EVMS (Earned Value) experience.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience with multiple contract types.
- Knowledge of EFS.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
