Job Summary:

We are hiring full and part-time positions- day or evening shifts.
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Provide menus and relay information about specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in phone etiquette to handle incoming calls courteously
- Ability to assist guests with seating arrangements and menu information
- Familiarity with restaurant or food service operations is a plus
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar hospitality software is advantageous
