Job Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Barback! We’re seeking a reliable and energetic individual to support our bartenders and ensure exceptional service for our guests. As a Barback, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, stocking supplies, and assisting with beverage preparation. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

General Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area // Stock bar with necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and ice // Assist bartenders with beverage preparation and service / Ensure timely disposal of trash and recycling // Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs // Provide exceptional customer service to guests by promptly fulfilling their requests // Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment// Must be able to life over 50lbs

Skills: Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred // Knowledge of basic beverage preparation and bar equipment // Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively // Strong attention to detail and organizational skills // Excellent communication and teamwork abilities // Must be at least 18 years old

Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.14 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
