In southern Colorado, explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Great Sand Dunes National Park or embark on scenic train rides through the historic Cumbres & Toltec Railroad for a memorable outdoor adventure.
The practice is 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, using the Meditech EMR system. The credentialing timeframe is 45 days.
