Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic in Lafayette, Indiana Support from 3 providers, nursing support, and administration
Average volume of 8-10 PPD
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Cases and Procedures: Broad scope primary care for teachers and their dependents (primarily ages 40-60) Conduct pre-hire and recertification physicals for bus drivers Occasionally provide care for dependents of teachers
Requirements: Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner Active Indiana state nursing license DEA and DOT certifications Minimum 24 months of experience
