About The Position A trauma hospital ED is seeking an emergency medicine physician for locum tenens coverage. Morris, MN, offers a range of enjoyable activities for visitors and residents. You can explore the beautiful Pomme de Terre Park, perfect for picnicking, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. The Stevens County Historical Society Museum provides a glimpse into the area's rich history. Additionally, the town is home to the University of Minnesota Morris, where you can catch a college sports game or attend various cultural events and performances throughout the year. We are currently seeking drive-in Emergency Medicine physicians for 24-hour shifts, running from 8 am to 8 am. Candidates must be board-certified in either Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine, with ATLS or CALS certification required due to the Trauma Level IV designation of the facility. Physicians can expect to handle 5-10 patients per day, with a higher-than-usual elderly population in the region. The ER physician will manage all admitting orders, as this is a solo coverage role. Additionally, mileage is covered for this position, making it an excellent opportunity for those willing to travel. Dates Needed:
