Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical sales or jewelry sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to sell products and services confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems or willing to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
